Profits of Jordan Hotels and Tourism jumped by 115.66% to JOD 1.69 million in the first half of 2014 compared with JOD 786 thousand in the same period of 2013.
Earnings per share increased to JOD 0.170 in H1-14 compared with JOD 0.079 in H1-13.
As for the second quarter this year, the company’s profits increased by 39.1% to JOD 1.18 million compared with JOD 854.7 thousand in the same quarter of 2013.
Total profits from operating hotels increased by 35.5% to JOD 4.44 million compared with JOD 3.27 million in the first half last year.
